Last Flight Brewing Company is an independent craft brewery located in Jefferson City, Missouri. We offer 24 locally made beverages, including a variety of ales and lagers, as well as gluten free options with our seltzer and hard apple cider. Our brewery is a place where beer lovers can come together to enjoy great beer and great company.
Our Taproom
All are welcome at Last Flight's taproom. We are a family-friendly and dog-friendly brewery, inside and out. Our patio and yard are perfect spots to hang out when the weather is nice. The taproom is a great place to be regardless of the weather. Dogs are always welcome (leashed, please!).
While we do not offer a food menu, we provide freshly-popped popcorn and some snack options for purchase. During the warmer months, we occasionally have a food truck at our location, but otherwise you are always welcome to bring take-out from your favorite local eatery.
We offer to-go options as well. We fill all growlers (64 oz), and also have Last Flight glass and stainless steel growlers available for sale. We also offer Crowlers (32 oz cans) for your next barbecue or tailgate.

Crafting Great Beer Since 2020
Last Flight Brewing Company opened its doors in March of 2021, after many delays in 2020. What began as a dream became a reality through the hard work of everyone that's a part of the Last Flight family.
Our taproom offers 24 taps of Last Flight products that are sure to satisfy any palate, along with Missouri-made wine and hard cider options. We also serve house-made Root Beer and Cream Soda.
